Studio Vershina — Mansion 400 m²

A two-story mansion on Chistye Prudy — a rare case when in the center of Moscow there is a detached building with its own secured territory and parking. Inside it is bright and spacious: large windows, high ceilings, designer renovation and that very atmosphere for which guests return again. Four halls of different sizes allow you to either occupy the entire space or take only the needed part for a specific task.

The total area is 400 m², ceilings are 3 meters. Banquet seating is designed for 100 people, and the maximum capacity reaches up to 350 guests — convenient for both intimate dinners and large parties. The equipment includes a stage, flipchart, air conditioners, lighting for photo and video, microwave and refrigerator, shower and changing rooms. You can make noise after 23:00 — neighbors won't interfere.

The format is tailored to the task: conference, corporate training, banquet, party, or photo shoot — everything is appropriate. Catering is flexible: you can cook yourself in the kitchen, bring your own food, order catering, or use the restaurant's menu. A bartender with alcohol is also an option, as is your own drink. A separate entrance and reception make guest reception organized, and the team helps to conduct the event turnkey.
