About the venue

The beach venue in Pirogovo, just 11 km from Moscow, is the Sunny Bay tent on the waterfront surrounded by forest. The spacious 2500 m² area with a patio, lounge zone, and a grand staircase descending directly to the shore creates an atmosphere of a countryside retreat by the water, rather than a formal reception.

The main hall is a 480 m² tent under a white dome 9 meters high. Banquets here are held for 50–350 guests, tables are set round, with white draping. There is a separate ceremony area on the shore. On request, sound, light, and a 65" LED screen are arranged. The kitchen is in-house, on-site, the banquet menu — no corkage fee. For guests — secured parking and cottages for overnight stay and preparation.

The format is suitable for large corporate events: summer corporate party, large banquet, celebration with a ceremony by the water. The convenience is in the combination of a spacious tent, open area by the shore, and proximity to the city: logistics are simple, and guests can stay overnight.
