Sechenov University Congress Center — I. M. Sechenov Hall

The I. M. Sechenov Hall is the main hall of the modern Sechenov University Congress Center on Trubetskaya Street, a five-minute walk from Frunzenskaya metro station. The 427 m² hall is located on the first floor, has a level floor, and furniture is arranged according to the task: theater-style seating accommodates up to 400 people, and for a strategy session the hall can be set up with round tables.

The equipment is already on site and included in the rental: three LED screens, a stage-podium, wireless microphones and microphones on stands, a monitor on the podium, stage lighting, gigabit internet and air conditioning. A technical specialist and a manager work on site.

Around the hall are spacious foyers: on the first floor 989 m² with a cloakroom and LED installations, on the second — 785 m², next to it a conservatory of 303 m². They are used for registration, a partners' exhibition, coffee breaks and an evening reception. On the second floor there are two more amphitheater halls with 218 seats each for parallel sessions. Catering and parking are arranged by the venue as additional services.
