Skiniya Space

Skiniya Space is a large open space of 1,100 square meters with ten-meter ceilings. There are no cramped corridors or imposed decorations here: the hall easily adapts to any idea, whether it's a formal conference or a lively party. High ceilings and open volume provide room for bold solutions — from a stage and dance floor to installations and exhibition zones.

The space operates in three formats: conference hall, training hall, and concert hall. Banquet seating accommodates up to 700 guests, and the total maximum capacity is the same 700 people. There is a stage, air conditioning, a flipchart, and lighting for photo and video shooting. Event organization can be taken on a turnkey basis. Light snacks and catering are provided, as well as a microwave and refrigerator.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, banquets, conferences, presentations, and parties. A separate plus — you can make noise after 23:00, so dancing and live music won't hit time restrictions. It's convenient for guests: there is parking, and the entrance allows for organized registration and greeting without fuss.
