LOFT FOR PARTY — Space Loft

The venue on Baumanskaya is a compact hall of 75 square meters with five-meter ceilings, where it's easy to breathe even at full seating. A bar counter, light music, and thoughtful lighting for photo and video immediately set the mood: it's appropriate to celebrate loudly and shoot content beautifully here. The atmosphere is lively and relaxed, without pomp, but with character.

The space is designed for a maximum of 55 people, banquet seating — up to 30 guests. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a microwave, a separate restroom, and a cloakroom. For catering, there are two options: invite a catering service or bring food and drinks yourself — no fees for this. You can make noise after 23:00 as well, so the party won't be cut off by a call.

The format can be very different: corporate event, banquet, conference, birthday, or party with karaoke and game console. It's convenient that the venue is a ten-minute walk from the metro, with a bus stop and private parking nearby. The entrance is organized so that guests don't disturb neighbors, and inside there's everything for a self-contained celebration.
