Sushchevsky Safmar — Large Banquet Hall

The Grand Banquet Hall is the largest venue of the Sushchevsky Safmar Hotel (4*), formerly Holiday Inn Moscow Suschevsky. The hotel stands on Sushchevsky Val, 200 meters from the Rizhskaya metro station and close to Prospekt Mira.

The area is 276 m², dimensions 11.3 by 24.3 meters, ceilings 4.5 meters, with daylight windows. The hall holds up to 220 guests at banquet tables, 264 in theater style, 153 classroom style and up to 306 at a cocktail reception. It can be divided into three parts of about 90 m² each: each fits 73 guests at a banquet or 88 theater style. Two parts together host 146 guests at a banquet and 176 theater style.

Suitable for conferences, presentations, trainings, video conferences, New Year corporate parties and weddings. Opposite the hall there is a meeting room for breakout sessions and group work. The hotel has 312 rooms, so it is convenient to house participants from other cities here. Food is prepared by the hotel kitchen, and there is paid parking and an underground garage for cars.
