ARTPLAY — Balcony

Balcony ARTPLAY is a space on the second floor of the ARTPLAY Center for Architecture and Design, a former factory territory near Kursky railway station. From a height of eight meters, there is a view of the Yauza and the Andronievsky Monastery, and a total area of 1,200 square meters allows you to hold a concert, conduct a sports session, and show a movie. The cluster itself is the first creative one in the capital, where architectural bureaus, design studios, and showrooms coexist, so the atmosphere of a creative workshop is felt from the threshold.

The venue can be configured for various scenarios: a banquet for 300 people, a concert or party — up to 1000 guests. There are plenty of formats: lectures, presentations, performances, film screenings, sports activities. The interior space transforms to suit the task, while scenic windows and height add volume even to large seating arrangements.

For corporate events, this is a convenient option: concerts and parties are allowed here until 22:00, and food and alcohol can be brought in — for example, order catering or a mobile bar. The cluster's territory is shielded from city noise, entry is organized, and proximity to the center and Kursky Station simplifies logistics for guests and contractors.
