Usacheva

On Usacheva there is a spacious venue of 1200 square meters — a hall, gallery and loft-style space with a bar counter. The atmosphere here is conducive to status dinners and private meetings: high ceilings, thoughtful lighting, an art gallery and a presentation area create the feeling of a premium event without unnecessary pomp.

The main hall easily transforms for a banquet of 120 guests, while the tasting hall is suitable for intimate gastronomic evenings and wine sets. There are two stylish bar areas, a photo zone, a cloakroom, a reception desk and a freight elevator. Equipment includes air conditioning, lighting for photo and video, a microwave and a refrigerator. Organization can be taken turnkey.

The venue is convenient for corporate events, conferences, presentations and parties: you can make noise here even after 23:00, which is rare for the center. There is a bar with a bartender, light snacks, catering, as well as its own kitchen — you can cook yourself or bring food with you. Guests will be comfortable: quiet Khamovniki, thoughtful logistics and an entrance without fuss.
