About the venue

YA-cafe 3 is a spacious hall of 145 square meters with four-meter ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light. Inside are soft sofas, armchairs and an atmosphere that easily adapts to the mood of the event: from a calm daytime format to a vibrant party with light and music. There is a veranda and a separate entrance, so guests do not cross paths with other visitors and feel at ease.

In terms of seating, the hall comfortably holds up to 60 people at banquet tables, with a maximum of 80 guests. Available are round and rectangular tables, buffet stands, around a hundred chairs in dark and light finishes, tableware, textiles and decor. Equipment includes a TV, air conditioning, a microwave and a fridge; events can be held turnkey.

The venue is well suited for corporate events, banquets, conferences, and parties — you can make noise here even after 11:00 PM, which is rare for the city. Catering is provided, but you are allowed to bring your own food and alcohol — this is convenient if you want a special menu or drinks. A separate entrance simplifies logistics and guest greeting, while nearby parking makes arrival comfortable for all participants.
