YA-cafe — Ya-Loft 1

A 200-square-meter space with seven-meter ceilings and large windows — bright and open, without a feeling of crampedness. Inside there are sofas and armchairs, so guests can move freely between zones, and in summer a veranda opens. A separate entrance adds privacy: your company does not cross paths with outsiders.

The hall accommodates up to 200 people, banquet seating — up to 160 guests. For a conference or presentation, a flipchart and TV will come in handy, for a hot day — air conditioning. There is a shower, refrigerator and microwave, and you can make noise even after 23:00 — neighbors won't interfere.

The format can be very different: corporate event, banquet, party, conference, or workshop. You can use the kitchen yourself, invite catering, or bring food and drinks with you — including alcohol. Turnkey organization is also available.
