The hall accommodates 170 guests theater-style, 100 at a banquet, 80 in classroom format, and 50 at U-shaped tables. Equipment includes a 3.8 × 2.1 m LED screen, sound, laptop, radio microphone, and flipchart; simultaneous interpretation is available for an extra charge. Catering is provided by the hotel restaurant's banquet service: coffee breaks, buffets, banquets.
