About the venue
The panoramic restaurant “Remezov” occupies the 14th floor of the hotel of the same name in the historic center of Tyumen. From the windows and through the pointed glass dome, the whole city is visible — sunsets, night lights, and stars in clear weather.
The restaurant has 60 seats, and for a banquet it comfortably accommodates up to 55 guests. The interior is bright: soft armchairs, velvet curtains, a fireplace, and a second-tier gallery. The cuisine is signature — Russian, Siberian, and European: muksun, sterlet, local beef; some dishes were created together with two-Michelin-star chef Michel Lentz.
The restaurant is chosen for weddings, anniversaries, business dinners, and corporate events for a small company when you want to impress guests with the view. Newlyweds are offered a studio room, and out-of-town guests stay overnight in the hotel rooms.
