From January 31 to February 3, 2026, the 9th Global Forum on Cultural Diplomacy was held in Moscow at Soluxe Park Huaming. Among the speakers were Mikhail Piotrovsky, Director General of the State Hermitage Museum, and Sheikh Salem Al Qasimi.

The business program ran across three tracks — culture, diplomacy, and business. The forum culminated in a gala dinner with an awards ceremony and show program, followed by an afterparty at the historic Anna Mons House.
