Corporate sports competition

Description

On June 24-26, 2024, we organized a large-scale sports event for one of our clients. The Spartakiad brought together 150 participants from different company departments who competed in 5 sports.
We were assigned such important areas of responsibility as:

Catering for participants: Providing meals for about 150 people.
Transportation services: Group transfers from the airport and railway station to hotels and back, as well as from hotels to the competition venues.
Individual sports uniform: Tailoring sports uniforms for all participants.
Musical accompaniment: Creating exclusive musical tracks for each team.
Excursion: Organizing a tour of the city of Tyumen.

This event contributed to strengthening corporate culture and team spirit development, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.

Objectives

Клиент поставил перед нами ряд важных задач для успешной организации корпоративной спартакиады. Необходимо было обеспечить качественный кейтеринг для 150 участников, организовать транспортное обслуживание с трансферами из аэропорта и ж/д вокзала до гостиниц и обратно, а также до мест проведения соревнований. Ключевыми задачами также были пошив индивидуальной спортивной формы для всех участников, расселение всех участников в удобной гостинице и подбор подходящих спортивных объектов для проведения соревнований.

Solution

The event agency "Aventura" offered a comprehensive solution for the successful implementation of the corporate Spartakiad. We provided quality catering, offering a diverse menu that met the participants' requests. We organized transportation services, including transfers from the airport and railway station to hotels and back, as well as to the competition venues. We tailored individual sports uniforms for each participant, which boosted team spirit. We created unique musical tracks for each team, adding energy and motivation to the competitions. We accommodated all participants in comfortable hotels and carefully selected sports facilities that met all the event's requirements. Our attention to detail and the coordinated work of the team allowed us to conduct the event at a high level, leaving all participants and organizers satisfied.
