About the speaker

Service at a hotel can get lost between standards, staff training, and the day-to-day decisions of the management team. When the guest experience affects competitiveness, it is important to see the whole system: from the concept and service procedures to feedback handling and security.

Anastasia Krumina is a hotelier since 1994. She worked her way up from a porter at Olympic Penta Renaissance to a manager, opened the first Holiday Inn hotel in Russia, created a management company with German partners and prepared Sheraton Sheremetyevo for opening. Author of the VUCA Hospitality project, consultant and interim manager of hotels.

In her speeches, Anastasia covers customer service, entrepreneurship, hotel competitiveness in the digital age, reconception and working with guests. She also talks about service and security, standards and service procedures, recruitment and staff training, hotel launch and crisis recovery.

Anastasia speaks at and moderates industry forums, delivers presentations and master classes. She works in Moscow, with the option of traveling to other cities and an online format. Suitable for a conference, forum, strategy session, corporate training, and off-site team event.
