About the speaker

Federal chains are dominating through scale, prices have to be changed almost blindly, and shoppers increasingly compare offers in seconds. Owners and commercial directors need solutions that help regional retail compete and preserve the economics of the business.

Alexander Shubin is a managing partner of the consulting company myRetailStrategy, a candidate of technical sciences and a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics. He created the data-driven dynamic pricing solution SmartPricing, serves as an independent director on the boards of retail companies, and wrote the book 'Business Models of Retail Companies: How to Compete with Giants'.

In his speeches, Alexander analyzes retail business models, pricing and KVI, Retail 4.0, as well as competition between regional chains and federal players. The audience gains a practical perspective on strategy, price management, and retail business development.

Alexander speaks in Moscow and travels to other cities, and conducts online events. A keynote, master class, and lecture are available for owners and top managers of retail chains, commercial directors, and category managers, including as part of a conference, forum, strategic session, or corporate training.
