About the speaker

A tax audit, allegations of business splitting, or deals with a questionable counterparty can put a company's stability at risk. It is important for the owner and the finance team to understand in advance where risks arise and how to build tax security without unnecessary decisions and losses.

Alexey Moshkin is a tax consultant and founder of the law firm Center for Tax Assistance. For over 10 years, he has defended businesses in disputes with tax authorities, is an expert of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow, and a member of Delovaya Rossiya and OPORA RUSSIA. He teaches in Moscow State University programs for tax consultants and has written the book Business Without Tax Audits.

In his presentations, Alexey covers tax audits, business splitting, transactions with questionable counterparties, reclassification of self-employed individuals, and owner's tax security. Topics can be linked to public administration, finance and investments, and entrepreneurship. Available formats include reports, lectures, moderation of panel sessions, and webinars for owners, financial directors, and accountants.

Alexey speaks in Moscow, travels to other cities, and joins online. He is invited to conferences, forums, strategic sessions, corporate training, and offsite team events. Venues include BukhExpo 2026, the Arena of Deals conferences, Delivery Conf, GastroKIT 2026, and business meetings at the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
