Andrey Girin is a partner at Leaders of Change, leader of the ProAgile community, Agile coach and consultant on SAFe, OKR and Kanban, certified Kanban trainer. He started as a network and server administrator, led IT development and project management, and since 2018 has been implementing Agile in large businesses.

During the presentation, you can discuss Agile scaling, goal setting and OKR, Lean, the role of leaders in change, and digital transformation strategy. Andrey has conducted more than a hundred trainings and sessions for companies such as X5, Moscow Exchange, YADRO, Solara and Gazpromneft – Digital Solutions, and has also worked as a coach for top management of IT companies.
