ESG and Sustainability Speaker Darya Sviridenko

ESG often remains a set of fragmented initiatives: reporting is disconnected from strategy, employees do not understand their role, and communications risk looking like greenwashing. Daria Sviridenko helps businesses connect sustainability with the specific goals of the company and the consumer sector.

Daria is co-founder and CEO of KOD ESG, a center for ESG expertise for business. Previously, she was the contact person for the ECR Sustainability direction — a partnership of FMCG manufacturers and retailers. Daria organizes the annual “Tochka ESG” conference and moderated a panel on sustainable packaging at RosUpack 2026.

Participants will understand ESG metrics and non-financial reporting, ratings, roadmaps, and ESG strategies. Separate topics — circular economy, sustainable packaging, social programs, employee engagement, and ESG communications without greenwashing.
