About the speaker

ESG remains a declaration if a company does not understand how to connect sustainable development with corporate culture, HR and the real tasks of the business. Ekaterina Gerus helps make sense of these connections and build a substantive conversation about the company's responsibility.

Ekaterina Gerus is a consultant on sustainable development, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy, founder of the ESG Consulting agency, established in 2020. She has seven years in international investment banking and about ten years of creating and managing charitable and public organizations in Russia and Europe. She worked as operations and finance director at the Dialogue of Civilizations research institute in Berlin.

In her presentations, Ekaterina covers topics of ESG and sustainable development, HR and corporate culture. She can talk about the digital transformation of CSR, ESG trends, careers and competencies of ESG leaders, as well as ESG diagnostics, strategy, reporting and preparation for ESG ratings.

Ekaterina speaks in Moscow, with the option of traveling to other cities and an online format. A presentation and a lecture are available for business audiences, teams and company employees. Venues have included the Smart Social 2.0 forum and MGIMO.
