Elena is an entrepreneur, candidate of economic sciences, owner and head of the consulting agency STEP-Consulting. For over 15 years, she has been developing her own projects, including two networks in the children's education business, and worked as a development and marketing director in large companies. Since 2019, she has been a tracker and mentor for accelerators of HSE University, Sber and Moscow Small Business.
