Gulnara is a business trainer in business communication and public speaking, media trainer and speaker mentor. For over 15 years she worked as a journalist, editor and presenter on television and radio: at GTRK «Bashkortostan», on «Russia 24», «Stolitsa+», «360 Podmoskovye» and TVC. She teaches at the Institute of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the MMIBA Academy of Business Trainers.

Participants explore public speaking, self-presentation, business communication, negotiations and online communication. The programs include public speaking without stress, speech business etiquette, communication rules, negotiations and meetings in Zoom.
