Irina is the CEO and co-founder of OKR Academy, a strategic consultant and business advisor. For over 10 years, she has supported companies in transformation, conducted strategic sessions, and implemented OKR. She is a co-author of the book 'OKR Implementation Navigator: Experience of Russian Companies' and a certified OKR Standard partner.

In her speeches, she covers strategy and goal setting with OKR, empathetic leadership, psychological safety, and team effectiveness. Special attention is given to how not to overwhelm the team during a strategy session and to finding unconventional solutions using business TRIZ.
