About the speaker

Business is growing slower than you'd like: the network is hard to scale, the franchise doesn't look convincing to partners, and digital tools and AI remain a set of scattered experiments. Konstantin Urvantsev helps entrepreneurs identify growth points and connect strategy, technology, and a clear business model.

Konstantin is a serial entrepreneur and investor from Moscow, with 16 years of experience in supplementary education for children. He founded the international franchise Altairika: 128 franchises in 52 regions of Russia and 9 countries. He also created the FranchCamp franchising ecosystem, a forum and franchise competition, and heads the franchising club of the Atlanty business club.

At the presentation, you can discuss network scaling, franchising as an investment, entering foreign markets, and the company's path to IPO. Separate topics include the business transition to AI-native, the application of AI, and a personal AI assistant for executives. Konstantin moderated a panel on franchising at SPIEF-2024 and spoke at Startup Village, the Russian Venture Forum, EdCrunch, BuyBrand, and MMCO.EXPO.

Konstantin works in the format of a keynote, master class, strategic session moderation, and online meeting. Presentations in Moscow, travel to other cities, corporate training, and off-site team events are possible.
