Larisa Lapidus is a Doctor of Economics, Professor at the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Director of the Digital Economy Competence Center at MAKO. Over 27 years of managerial and expert activity, she has implemented more than 30 consulting projects on digital transformation strategies for companies from 11 industries.

The audience will understand applied artificial intelligence, the impact of AI on strategies and management models, digital twins, seamless logistics and digital business transformation. Larisa is the author of the monograph “Applied Artificial Intelligence and Digital Business Transformation,” which won the “ACADEMUS–2025” competition, as well as an proprietary methodology for developing a digital transformation strategy.
