In her presentations, Lilia discusses PR and marketing trends, communication measurement, the reputation of companies and top executives, conscious communications and the use of artificial intelligence in PR. She is also the author of the book "Why Does a PR Specialist Need a Ruler? Tips for Measuring Communications".
