AI and Digitalization Speaker Mikhail Larkin

AI is already being discussed in the company, but employees often don't understand how to apply neural networks to work tasks, automate routine and get predictable results. Without practice, digitalization remains a set of scattered experiments.

Mikhail Larkin is a corporate consultant and speaker on generative AI. He led AI projects at Synergy Corporation: from local AI assistants and tutors to the Vocal-ai speech analytics platform. He teaches the AI block of the MBA program at RANEPA and was a visiting lecturer at HSE University.

In his presentations, Mikhail covers neural networks in work tasks, prompt engineering, and the creation of AI agents and multi-agent systems. Separate areas include AI in marketing, sales, analytics, and HR, as well as the future of the labor market in a world with AI. He conducts training for employees and top management, including at Gazprom Neft, Rostelecom, VTB, Sber, S7, and Sibur.

Mikhail speaks in the format of a report, lecture, master class, or training. Corporate training and online format are possible. He works in Moscow and travels to other cities. In 2025, he led a module on generative AI at the accelerator of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
