IT speaker Oleg Balbekov

Technology doesn't accelerate business on its own: without clear processes, a strong team and readiness for change, digitalization turns into an expensive set of tools. Oleg Balbekov helps to figure out how to connect technology development, artificial intelligence, working with people and company goals.

Oleg is the founder and CEO of Evrone, which has been developing digital products and transforming businesses since 2008. His team consists of 230 people. He consults software companies on organizing development, team building, and implementing artificial intelligence.

During the presentation, participants will explore the organization of development and remote teams, corporate culture development, open source and IT communities, the economics of a technology company, and employee care as a measurable indicator. A talk, master class, and moderation are possible.

Oleg is a co-founder of the RubyRussia conference, which he has been organizing since 2009, and a co-organizer of ITeaConf, MetaConf, and FPConf. He has spoken at HighLoad++ 2023, RubyRussia 2024, TechFounders 2025, and Ural Digital Weekend 2023. Available in Moscow, travel to other cities, and online format.
