About the speaker

A pharmacy chain can grow its revenue but lose profit due to weak pricing, an inefficient product assortment, dead stock, and promotion without clear returns. Pavel Lisovsky breaks down the economics of the pharma business and helps identify exactly where losses arise.

Pavel Lisovsky is a Candidate of Economic Sciences, an expert economist of the pharmaceutical market, with over 20 years of experience in the pharma industry. He created 'Lisovsky Systems' — technologies for managing the profitability of pharmacy chains, distributors and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Participants will analyze pricing, loyalty programs, assortment and product matrix, marketing contracts with chains, reduction of slow-moving stock and evaluation of promotion return at the SKU and brand level. A separate topic is the economics of pharmacy e-commerce and business diagnostics.

Pavel speaks in Moscow, travels to other cities and conducts online events. A report, lecture, master class and training for teams are available. Among the venues are the 'PharmProjections' conference in Minsk and the TIHE exhibition in Tashkent.
