Сергей Маковеев — генеральный директор «Ценного Контракта» и CEO группы компаний «Контракт Групп». He is a public ombudsman for procurement under the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow, Chairman of the Committee on Competition Policy and PPP of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a member of the Public Council of the Moscow FAS Office.
