GlowMan Light Show

When the corporate party has already been going for two hours and guests are still sitting at their tables staring at their phones, the room needs something to pull it out of that stupor. A light show is one of those formats that works faster and more reliably than any spoken-word genre: the lights go down, and the audience's attention shifts on its own.

GlowMan is an artist in an LED costume. In the act, he combines laser light, smoke effect, and smokeless pyrotechnics, all built into a narrative light show rather than a set of tricks. The performance itself lasts 10 minutes.

On stage, the act looks like this: a person in a costume of glowing lines moves in the dark, the laser draws a picture in the air, smoke works as a screen, and pyrotechnics add density to the finale. LED costume, laser, smoke, and pyrotechnics are combined into one act and work for a single dramaturgy. No props that need to be rolled onto the stage and removed — the show fits into the pause between the evening's blocks.
