Host Denis Ponomaryov

A corporate event client usually wants just one thing: for the evening to run itself, without awkward pauses and without a host who pulls all the attention onto himself. Bringing together employees from different cities in one hall and keeping the rhythm from the first toast to the final segment is a task not about a loud voice, but about the script.

Denis Ponomaryov played in KVN and graduated from a theater school, so on site he feels both the audience and the stage. He writes event scripts himself — tailored to a specific company, its occasions and guest composition, not according to a universal template. He has worked with major companies, including New Year corporate events for Sberbank PJSC and Rostelecom, which brought together employees from all regions.

Such evenings rely on improvisation on top of a prepared structure: somewhere a joke for the in-crowd is needed, somewhere a restrained tone for management. Denis hosts corporate events, New Year parties and birthdays, adjusting his intonation to the audience, and doesn't let the program sag between acts and congratulations.
