Host Vladislav Bogomolov

When the corporate event is only a month away and the program consists of nothing but a banquet and speeches, the hardest part begins: how to keep the room engaged after the second toast. Some scroll through their phones, some step out for a smoke, and the evening drifts off into the corners.

Vladislav Bogomolov from Saint Petersburg handles this task single-handedly: he is both host and DJ in one person. The program includes quizzes, trivia games, smartphone games, contests with neural networks, dance battles, and crocodile karaoke. All of this is paired with the music that he also plays — no need to look for a second contractor and coordinate them with each other.

He also provides the equipment: two large speakers, a mixer, two wireless microphones, a laptop, a screen, and a projector. On site it looks like this: guests don't stay seated but split into teams, argue over quiz questions, pull out smartphones not to scroll the feed but to play the game, and by the time of the battle the audience is already warmed up. The host keeps the pace and picks up each transition with music.
