Host Vyacheslav Khashchevsky

When a host at a corporate event holds a pause for too long, the room starts reaching for their phones. And when it's too short, they don't have time to engage with what's happening. The work of a good host lives between these two extremes — with rhythm, responsiveness, and the ability to read the room.

Vyacheslav Khashchevsky is a young host from Saint Petersburg. His portfolio includes city and youth festivals on open stages, including venues of the Saint Petersburg Committee for Youth Policy, corporate evenings at out-of-town locations, and club programs. Besides hosting, Vyacheslav sings — musical numbers are woven directly into the evening's program, without a separate block or unnecessary rearrangements.

On site it looks like this: the program doesn't split into an 'official part' and 'entertainment'; transitions between toasts, games, and numbers flow at the same pace. Whether it's an out-of-town format with several zones or a club stage — Vyacheslav works with both types of space and adapts his delivery to the audience: age, occasion, mood of the room.
