Host Roman Bebishev

Any corporate event planner knows the feeling: the program is approved, the venue is booked, and yet something still nags inside — how will the host hold the room when some guests are already tired and others haven't tuned in yet. This is precisely the moment where evenings with hastily written scripts most often fall apart.

Roman Bebishev is a host and director with a higher specialized education: a teacher and artistic team leader. He has behind him sale nights at the Mercury shopping center, presentations of LADA Largus, VW Golf 7 and Skoda Octavia at dealerships, the iPhone 5 launch for the RE:STORE chain, openings of Aktiv Sport stores in the Continent shopping center and KOCCA in the Peterland shopping center, and a Bosch promotion at Petrovsky Stadium. He hosted the Gruzomobil out-of-town corporate event and the Tetra printing house corporate event on a ship, as well as sports ballroom dance tournaments. He writes scripts for concert and entertainment events, hosts conferences, exhibitions, promotional events, award ceremonies and team-building programs.

His teaching background is evident on stage: Roman doesn't shout over the room but gradually shifts it from "standing around with glasses" mode into "everyone's engaged" mode. Where needed, he works the microphone in an interview format with guests; where needed, he steps back into the shadows and gives time to speakers or the awards ceremony. The script keeps its structure, but he doesn't stifle the room's live reactions.
