About the venue
The mansion of the Moscow Imperial Yacht Club stands on the private grounds of the Bolotny Island Spit, right by the monument to Peter I. Around it is half a hectare of private land with a panorama of the Moskva River, its own pier and a view of the city that keeps guests at the windows. Inside is a bright modern space with large windows, sofas and high ceilings: an atmosphere of quiet luxury without museum stiffness.
Two floors of 250 m² each, a 50 m² attic, and a technical floor with a dressing room, cloakroom, and prep area provide flexibility for any scenario. In total, up to 350 guests can be comfortably accommodated here. There is a flipchart, air conditioning, a microwave, five restrooms, and a separate entrance. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM — neighbors won't be a problem.
The venue is equally good for a banquet, conference, party and family celebration. Catering is brought in by the venue, and you are allowed to bring your own alcohol, even with a mobile bar. There are 15 parking spaces nearby, and more can be rented if needed. The private grounds and the panorama of the river make the event truly memorable.
