Atmospheric loft on Barrikadnaya

Atmospheric loft on Barrikadnaya is a space of 200 square meters with character: brick, wood and soft light create the feeling of a lived-in city, not a faceless rental. Ceilings of 3.5 meters give air, but do not turn the hall into an echo chamber. Here it is easy to breathe both during the day, when the business program is on, and in the evening, when the bar counter lights up and the informal part begins.

The venue is divided into two zones. The first is a conference format with a flipchart and air conditioning, designed for training and presentation tasks. The second is a free space for communication, cocktails and exhibitions. Banquet seating — up to 60 guests, maximum capacity — 70 people. There is a microwave, so heating up brought food is not a problem.

For a corporate event or party, the hall is great because it doesn't require elaborate decor: the interior already sets the atmosphere. Catering is allowed, and there is a corkage fee for alcohol — you can bring your own. Noise doesn't disturb the neighbors, and the entrance is convenient for guests and contractors. Conferences, trainings, banquets and cocktails — everything fits in one place without moving between venues.
