Be Different — Hall 1

“Be DIFFERENT” — Hall 1 is a spacious 117 m² room with high ceilings of 3.5 meters and large corner windows offering a view of the Kozhukhovsky Backwater and the Moskva River. It is bright and free here: the space easily transforms for different tasks, and the atmosphere is conducive to both work and relaxation. The location is on the territory of an industrial zone, so you won’t have to worry about neighbors — you can make noise even after 23:00.

The hall accommodates up to 70 people; for a theater format, up to 30 seats are provided; for a banquet, up to 20 guests at two tables. The equipment includes everything necessary: lighting for photo and video shooting, a projector for film screenings, a shower, a microwave, and a refrigerator. A separate kitchen allows you to cook yourself, order catering, or bring your own food. You can also bring your own alcohol — a corkage fee is charged per bottle. For practices and activities, mats, eye masks, Sadhu boards, and other props are available, and if desired, you can hang swings or trapezes.

The venue is perfect for an intimate corporate event, banquet, conference, party, photo shoot, or game day with board games. It's convenient that food and drinks can be arranged to your taste, and entry from 16 years old makes the format accessible for young teams. The rental is accompanied by an administrator, and there is parking on the premises. If you need more space, both halls can be combined.
