Loft "Gosti"

A bright space on Kievskaya with large windows and ceilings of almost five meters, where it is easy to breathe and you want to stay longer. Soft sofas, a bar counter and a mezzanine create the atmosphere of an apartment where friends have come over. The venue also works as a photo studio: natural light by day, stylish decor and mobile furniture make for a lively, non-sterile backdrop.

The 120-square-meter hall holds up to 70 people, with 40 guests comfortably seated at banquet tables. There is a flipchart, air conditioning, a projector with a four-meter screen, microphones and sound, light and music effects, and karaoke. For business meetings there are tea, coffee and equipment, and for filming, flash and continuous lighting. Turnkey organization is available.

The format can be just about anything: a corporate event, banquet, conference, party, or shoot. You're allowed to make noise even after 11 p.m. — no neighbors to bother you. Bring your own food or order catering, the bar with a bartender operates on site, and you can bring your own alcohol too. It's convenient for guests: a secure private parking lot for more than a hundred cars, and entry — without unnecessary formalities.
