Casa Picassa — Loft "Mikelandzhelo"

“Michelangelo” is a bright 100 sq m hall in the Casa Picassa space, where white brick sits alongside frescoes in the spirit of the Sistine Chapel and Renaissance sketches. The atmosphere is that of an Italian workshop: a decorative fireplace, sofas, big windows and a veranda niche with panoramic glazing. Ceilings are three meters and the layout is open, so there is room to move and a place for a press wall.

Banquet seating — up to 60 people, the same capacity for a cocktail reception or theater-style arrangement. Equipment includes a projector with screen, flipchart, clicker, speakers and microphone, wired internet. There is air conditioning, lighting for photo and video, a bar counter, microwave and refrigerator. You can make noise even after 11:00 PM — neighbors won't be a problem.

The venue works for a corporate event, a conference and a party alike: turnkey organization, free branding, free setup time. Food is the menu of the restaurant next door, light snacks or catering; the bar is open, a bartender is on site, and you can bring your own for a corkage fee. The entrance is convenient and parking is nearby, so guests will arrive without adventures.
