Casa Picassa — Prado

The three-story Prado mansion is a venue with character: a historic building with high ceilings and its own atmosphere, far from sterile business centers. It has a stage, a bar counter, soft sofas and a separate entrance, so guests feel more like visitors at a friend's home than in a rented space. The total area is 430 m², and the entire space works for a single event.

Inside are three halls under one roof: two large ones of 150 m² each and a smaller one of 60 m². Up to 280 people can be seated at a banquet, a buffet hosts up to 150, and theater seating holds up to 280 participants. There are projectors with screens, microphones, speakers, flipcharts and fast wired internet, air conditioning and ventilation. The halls are easily zoned for registration, coffee breaks and networking.

The venue works well for conferences, forums, large trainings, banquets and parties, and you can make noise even after 23:00, which is worth a lot for a corporate event. Catering is provided, and you can bring your own alcohol for a corkage fee or order a mobile bar. There is a refrigerator, a separate entrance and parking, and turnkey organization saves you the running around.
