Casa Picassa — Loft "Modilyani"

The «Modigliani» space at Casa Picassa is a spacious, bright hall of 200 square meters with six-meter ceilings and large windows. Red brick, a fireplace lounge area with sofas and reproductions of Amedeo Modigliani create a restrained yet warm atmosphere: it's equally cozy for a business meeting and a lively celebration. The free layout lets you arrange the space for your own scenario, and the bar counter becomes the natural center of the evening.

At a banquet the hall hosts up to 80 guests, in theater seating up to 100, and in buffet format up to 120 people. For work there is a flipchart, air conditioning and lighting designed for photo and video shooting. The kitchen offers light snacks and catering, the bar works with a bartender, and you can bring alcohol with you — for a corkage fee. The venue handles turnkey event organization.

The format is suitable for a corporate event, banquet, conference, training session, or party — the space can easily be reconfigured to suit the occasion. After 11:00 PM, you can make noise here without worrying about disturbing the neighbors, which is a rarity in the city center. It's convenient for guests: there is parking and a separate entrance, while a microwave and refrigerator come in handy when organizing your own catering.
