Loft on Mayakovskaya

"Loft on Mayakovskaya" is two independent spaces in the basement with windows and daylight, three minutes from the metro. Inside — the atmosphere of an urban bar: a bar counter, kitchen, dim light and the feeling of a private party, not an official hall. At the same time, the room is well ventilated, there is air conditioning, so it's easy to breathe even at full capacity.

One space is a cocktail bar with its own kitchen and staff, the second is a conference hall of 96 square meters with three-meter ceilings. A banquet can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people, and theater seating is available for business formats. Equipment includes four plasma screens, a laptop, sound, and Wi-Fi, for which no separate payment is required, plus a microwave, refrigerator, and water cooler. The halls can be combined for a private event or a separate entrance can be opened.

The venue works equally well for business events and celebrations: conferences, presentations, corporate banquets, private parties, and concerts. Catering is available from the restaurant's menu or through external catering, with a bar featuring a bartender and corkage fee. A few nuances: the entrance is through the bar, parking in the courtyard is informal and free, and a noisy party in the bar won't disturb negotiations in the adjacent hall.
