Loft on Rizhsky

Loft on Rizhsky is a two-story space in a historic late 19th-century building, in a quiet part of the city near Sokolniki. The interior retains its industrial character, yet remains warm and lived-in: sofas, a bar counter, a stage, a dressing room. High ceilings and 200 square meters give a sense of air, while the atmosphere invites you to spend an evening here informally and without unnecessary pomp.

The venue accommodates up to 70 guests with banquet seating — this is the maximum capacity. There is a stage and a dressing room, which is convenient for concert performances and shows, as well as a bar counter for drinks. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, microwave, and refrigerator. You can opt for full-service organization or bring in your own contractors. A special pride is the barbecue area next to the venue.

For corporate events, everything you need is here: banquets, conferences, parties, birthdays, and graduations. The kitchen is flexible — you can order catering, cook yourself, or bring your own food; a bartender is also available, and you are allowed to bring your own alcohol. You can make noise even after 23:00, which is rare for the city. The entrance and parking are designed so that guests don't get lost or search for a spot.
