P17PLACE — Loft in the Center of Moscow

P17PLACE is a hall in the center of Moscow, inside a small boutique hotel. The 89 m² space with 3-meter ceilings looks modern and composed: sofas, a bar counter, adjustable lighting. The atmosphere is more intimate than pretentious — it is cozy both for a business meeting and for a friendly party.

The main hall can easily be transformed for different scenarios: banquet — up to 46 guests, theater seating — up to 52, and the maximum capacity is 70 people. There is a separate cloakroom, two restrooms and a shower, a kitchen area with dishes, a microwave and a refrigerator. Equipment includes a flipchart, air conditioning, and lighting for photo and video. You can make noise even after 23:00.

The venue is well suited for corporate events, conferences, presentations and parties. Catering is flexible: you can order from the menu, invite a caterer, cook yourself or bring your own food; the bar is open, there is a bartender, and you can also bring your own alcohol. Guests can easily get there — the metro is nearby, and there are two entrances: through the hotel and a direct one.
