About the venue

The cinema and concert hall of the President Hotel is a true amphitheater inside a four-star hotel on Bolshaya Yakimanka, five minutes from Polyanka metro station. This is not a transformable banquet hall, but a full-fledged stage with rows of soft seats.

It has 300 seats with folding tables, a stationary cinema screen, a stage, a sound reinforcement system, and professional lighting equipment. On the balcony, there are separate booths for simultaneous interpretation, and behind the stage, there are dressing rooms. The ceilings are high, and the hall is well-suited for performances with video content.

The venue is designed for conferences, plenary sessions, ceremonial events, award ceremonies, and concert programs for the team. After the official part, guests can move to a banquet in the adjacent hotel halls, where the in-house kitchen prepares meals, participants from other cities can be accommodated in 207 rooms, and cars can be left in the secure parking lot.
