About the venue

Biblioteka is the conference hall of the President Hotel, a 4* hotel on Bolshaya Yakimanka. The interior is in the style of a minister's study: bookcases along the walls, wood paneling, a stucco ceiling and crystal chandeliers. Such a hall immediately sets a business-like, respectable tone for the meeting.

Theatre seating holds up to 90 people, classroom up to 80, a round table 40, U-shape 35. For meetings the hall is set with green baize in a U-shaped layout, and a screen is installed for presentations.

The hall suits conferences, round tables, presentations, seminars and board meetings. Coffee breaks and lunches are prepared by the hotel kitchen, out-of-town participants can be housed in the same hotel, cars can be left on the guarded grounds, and Polyanka metro is about five minutes' walk away.
