Strata Loft

Strata Loft is a spacious 190 sq m venue where the industrial character of a loft meets the comfort of a restaurant. It does not feel like a cold warehouse: sofas, soft lighting, party lights and thoughtful details create an atmosphere equally comfortable for a business meeting and a lively party. A separate entrance adds privacy, so guests never cross paths with outsiders.

The space easily transforms to suit different formats: a seated banquet for up to 40 people, theatre-style seating for up to 80, and the hall can accommodate up to 70 guests in total. The equipment includes a projector and air conditioning, so a conference or presentation will run without technical hitches. The organisers handle turnkey events, and after 11:00 PM you can make noise here — a rare freedom for an urban venue.

This is a convenient option for corporate events: the kitchen is flexible, so you can order from the restaurant menu, take light snacks, bring in catering or bring your own alcohol. There is parking, a separate entrance and no neighbors behind the wall who would be bothered by music. It suits a banquet, a conference or a party, depending on how you arrange the furniture and lighting.
