About the speaker

When employees burn out, violate personal boundaries, and changes in the company cause tension, it is important for HR and managers to work not only with processes but also with people's psychology. Alexandra Soboleva helps analyze such situations through the connection between mental well-being, corporate culture, and staff development.

Alexandra Soboleva is a Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Gestalt therapist, supervisor, and trainer of the Moscow Gestalt Institute program. For over 20 years she has been engaged in coaching and teaching, 15 years conducting psychological practice, and 12 years participating in management projects on personnel development and organizational consulting.

In her speeches, Alexandra covers topics of psychology in business, HR, and corporate culture: psychological well-being of employees, personal boundaries, game methods in training, and the impact of AI on the psyche. She develops programs for employee development and psychological support, and speaks as a lecturer and expert at conferences and forums. Co-author of the books 'Game in Training' and 'Workshop of Gestalt Experiments and Exercises'.

For companies, a lecture, presentation, master class, and training are available — in person in Moscow, with travel to other cities, or online. The format can be adapted for corporate training, a strategy session, a conference, a forum, or an off-site team event.

Leave your number — we will check available dates, agree on the topic of the presentation, and quote the fee.
