Alyona Tavberidze is a business coach and business owner specializing in team and leadership development with 25 years of experience in business. She previously led marketing at Dolce&Gabbana Beauty, sits on the Supervisory Board of Kaizen Institute Rus, teaches and writes columns for RBC.

In her talks and training sessions, Alyona covers leadership, management and strategy, and helps find solutions to management challenges using the TRIZ approach. She works with owners and management teams, provides executive mentoring, runs team and strategy sessions, and conducts personnel assessment. She is the author of the book “Oh My Boss. 20 Types of Bosses Who Make You Want to Quit.”

Alyona speaks in the format of a keynote, master class or training, and also moderates and facilitates strategy sessions. She works in Moscow, travels to other cities and joins online. Her experience includes a strategy session for the SberDevices sales team and team coaching sessions for regional leaders of the “PRO Women” community.
